More Living and Learning

At 3 or 4 a.m. the pain began.
I woke aware of ache in my right arm.
When no position worked, I did a scan
of yesterday, and couldn’t pinpoint harm –
no fall or bump or twist or straining span.
Then I remembered yoga with alarm.
I recollected holding eagle pose
too long. And that’s how learning aging goes.
