Silver

Three times in recent weeks, what seemed at first
an inconvenience, after plans were made,
resulted in some awkwardness reversed,
or eased at least. Improvement was obtained.
What rattled me initially I cursed,
but that was wasted vehemence indeed;
it wasn’t worth the discontent I nursed.
My indignation was by time betrayed,
and needs reserve until by facts coerced.
