I’m needing to refresh my fitness goal.
My habits have relaxed too much of late.
I’m almost eager to resume control
and not continue to procrastinate.
I used to limit what and when I ate,
and log good exercise six days a week.
I’m not extreme, or trying to lose weight;
I’ll modify and hone my old technique.
