Out to Ice

The travel to the north was smooth, except
the bus app made me do an extra stroll,
and then I lost the bumbershoot I kept
in netty outside pocket. Soft control
security I breezed instead of crept,
and turbulence was gentle rock and roll.
But moving here on ground exacts a price,
for where we are is paralyzed by ice.
